We will commune, explore, and delve into embodied and experiential discussions on legacy burdens and generational wounding, how they show up within our families and within us- from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective. This offering is open to folks that identify as the global majority.

in this offering we will…
Give a brief overview of the foundation of Internal Family Systems theory and the understanding of our inner constellation of parts

Practice speaking for our parts

Engage in weekly experiential practices like guided meditation, mapping, journaling, sculpting
🔆
Be in community and hold space for each other’s vulnerable shares
🔆
Focus on how legacy burdens of generational wounding have informed the burdened energy in our inner world, how we also might perpetuate these legacy burdens and engaging in group practice to begin releasing these burdens

Channeling ancestral wisdom and connection and legacy resources/heirlooms
🔆
Connecting with our inner child(ren)/inner teen and other parts of us
You identify as Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color
You’re wanting to experience IFS in a group setting
You’re interested and willing to explore generational wounding and legacy burdens
You’re willing to take the risk and practice being vulnerable in community

Single Payment: $444 ($555 after March 16th, 2025)
2-Month Payment: $222 monthly ($300 monthly after March 16th, 2025)
